This looks like a promising app. Free for a limited time.
iSnap allows you to resize the windows on your screen using short cut keys. I currently use Divvy and Size up to accomplish the same things this one app does. Despite one poor review, iSnap seems to work fine in Lion. It’s my recommended deal of the day.
